“On March 24, 2020, I was rushed to the Emergency Room by my wife after she found me passed out on the floor at 3:00 AM.

I was diagnosed with Covid 19 Pneumonia in both lungs, high fever, and low oxygen. I was put on oxygen for several days. Doctors worked hard to keep the fever down and to clear the pneumonia from my lungs. They were trying hard to keep me from being put on the ventilator.

My family, friends, church, and even the doctors were praying for me.

After 8 days of being hospitalized and prayers going up, I walked out of the hospital on my own! My God Is Faithful!”

“One of the miracles of my life actually happened at my birth! During my mother’s pregnancy, the doctors had already informed her that they would be prepared to perform a blood transfusion on me due to a diagnosis of being a “Blue Baby.” Today it is known as Cyanotic Heart Disease.

A Blue Baby is one who is cyanotic (blue) due to a heart malformation that prevents the baby’s blood from being fully oxygenated. This could cause a motor deficiency, limited intellectual abilities, or future problems of walking properly, immediately after birth!

God knew what was to happen at my first breath and I was born in transit to the hospital in the ambulance (avoiding the surgery)! I have never had a heart or lung condition! At 75 years old, I am eternally thankful for my miracle!”
